You choose the hours based on your needs
— either 3, 5 or 8 per week for 12 weeks.

You load your tasks in on a Monday and we work our magic on your chosen day of the week.
Every 6 weeks, we’ll also have a strategy call. Are we the only predictable thing in business? Probably.

Then, we send your deliverables off to you for review, and just like that, your creative tasks are done for the week.

Regardless, your creative projects are our top priority, and our team works with lightning speed. We've chosen 3, 5 and 8 hours as they provide enough time for our team to get a substantial amount of tasks completed.

  • You’ll be assigned your own Graphic Designer and Creative Manager. Plus, you'll have the opportunity to rub shoulders with the entire Toolakea community on our Slack channel which has a rep for sparking incredible collaborations, connections and friendships.

  • Absolutely, and our clients love it because this isn’t a dump and run relationship. We’ll need your branding guidelines, existing assets, and a clear vision of your goals. We’ll also have a kickoff meeting to sync up on strategy and expectations. This collaborative approach work sets the foundation for authentic and aligned creative.

  • You have access to a full-service creative team: a Creative Manager, Marketing Strategist, and Graphic Designer.
